Janelle is the oldest among the three siblings of Fernando del Mar and Juliet del Mar. her two younger brother Jake Ferdinand del Mar and John Fredireck del Mar. The three loves to watch anime like NARUTO, DN ANGEL, SAKURA, PRINCE OF TENNIS, and many more. Her family lives peacefully at 1165 P.C. Hills Apas, Cebu City. Her father is a policeman. And her mother is just staying in the house. Janelle studies at University of the Philippines. How fortunate she was that she qualified at UP high. Now she wants to be a good student. She also has hobbies like surfing the net, watching anime and reading mangas.
