My Worst Subject

It’s nearly impossible for students not to come across at least one subject they find boring or particularly hard to reach and understand. We are only human. We also dislike things. And as students that are in school everyday we will realize that there are things that we disfavor especially some subjects that we are learning everyday. We find it hard and we start to detest it. The only way to cope up with difficult subjects is to avoid blowing the problem out worst. We should not think that complex subjects ruin our life. It maybe just a challenge and to test our patience as students.

Like me my worst subject is Social Science because it is very boring. I also don’t like the teacher. I always think that this subject is very difficult and complicated. That is why I always flunk the exam. Of course, a subject comes much easier when you like the teacher, but when you don’t; you simply have to concentrate on learning the material. It is the only way to survive situations like this. But still I really don’t have the mood on learning the subject. I really don’t know if the real problem is the teacher or the subject itself.

My battle with Social Science continues. I can’t stand the teacher and all those uprisings and ancient heroes are surely not my cup of tea. I can’t even remember anything after I read the book. It is definitely ruining my brain. There’s nothing about it that interests me. For me things don’t look good at all. I’ll be doing as a prisoner when it comes to Social Science period.

One day I was thinking of a good way too, at least to get by the subject. I thought that if I will exert the maximum required effort to at least pass the subject then, even if I can’t cope up with the highest grade in class at least I’ll be regaining a subject that otherwise could have become a nightmare.

Yes! I’ve got the right solution. At least for me, I am doing fine and I can’t believe that I can remember names and dates. I also got a passing grade in the subject. I knew that there is still a way to overcome my worst subject. And no I realize that I am different from that dummy girl before who is very hopeless. A girl whose got a big question mark on the face. Now I’m incredibly working fine. I also started to like the teacher as well.

Don’t let some subjects find more challenging than others with personal failure. You can’t like anything, it’s only normal. Being hopeless and losing courage will not help you instead making the problem worst. Looking at the bright side, this way actually is an important step in learning what you really do like. It will make your decisions regarding your future easier. Lastly, overcoming what appears to be an unconquerable dislike of a subject will provide fulfillment and boost your self-confidence.
